Car Auction at Port Maillot, Paris
I was passing by Port Maillot in Paris when I spotted a BMW 2002 thru a door. Being an 02 owner and fan, I had to go in and take a look.
It turns there was an auction of a few interesting cars. One the most popular cars up for sale was a Ford Cortina – this would be perfect to go with my 02.
One thing I must say is that I would be very nervous about taking any nice ride to a French car show: even though the cars were roped off, this meant little to the Parisians. They would simply go under or around the ropes to get a more intimate look at the cars. And looking was not always enough with some people leaning on or posing next to the cars (I hope none of these cars were scratched!).
